INWArun 4water Charity run
This year we are organizing our INWArun 4water charity run for the second time in cooperation with Viva con Agua. Viva con Agua is committed to access to clean drinking water, sanitation and hygiene. INWATEC supports the vision “Water for everyone – everyone for water”, because water is life.
You can easily register for our INWArun 4water using the contact form on this page. In the period from June 8th to 30th, 2024 we will start: All participants run their favorite route and send us a photo of themselves with their start number and the tracked route. We will then raffle off a prize for the best and most creative photo among all participants. If you have problems uploading of the images, you can also send them to us by e-mail to marketing@inwatec.com.
INWATEC then donates to Viva Con Agua for each kilometer run.

Conditions of Participation
Participation in the competition of INWATEC GmbH & Co. KG, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, is free of charge and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.
Procedure of the competition
The duration of the competition is from 08/06/2024 00:00 am to 14/07/2024 11:59 pm. Within this period, users are given the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
Participation
In order to take part in the competition, it is necessary to fill out and submit the entry form displayed. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.
Only one submitted registration per participant takes part in the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple e-mail addresses to increase the odds of winning. Participation in the competition is free.
Eligible Participants
Natural persons who are resident in Germany, Austria or BeNeLux and have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate.
Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services. If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the operator involved in the conception and implementation of the competition as well as their family members are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude people from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example (a) in the case of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of dishonest conduct or (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Prize, Notification and Delivery of Prize
The following prize will be awarded: Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 or Apple Watch SE
The winners will be determined after the closing date as part of an internal vote on the most creative photo. Only those participants who have sent INWATEC a creative picture of themselves with their start number and have run any route within the participation period (08/06/2024 to 30/06/2024) will be included in the draw. The winners of the raffle will be informed promptly via a separate e-mail about the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, a pickup and a cash payment of the prize are not possible. The operator will bear any costs incurred for sending the prizes. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within a period of three weeks after being asked twice, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
Completion of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
Data protection
In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, last name and e-mail address, is true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties without their consent, nor will they be allowed to use them. An exception is the company INWATEC GmbH & Co. KG commissioned to carry out the competition, which must collect, store and use the data for the purpose of carrying out the competition. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and its social media platforms. The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer given in the imprint area of the competition app.
After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

Applicable Law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the imprint area of our website. The operator’s competition is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
Severability Clause
