INWArun 4water Charity Run
This year, we are organizing our INWArun 4water charity run once again in partnership with Viva con Agua. Viva con Agua is dedicated to promoting access to clean drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene. INWATEC supports the vision “Water for all – all for water,” because water is life.
You can easily register for our INWArun 4water using the contact form on this page. During the period 01. until June 30, 2026 Then it’s time to get started: All participants run any route they like and send us a photo of themselves and the tracked route. We’ll then hold a drawing among all participants for a prize for the best and most creative photo. Photos can be uploaded to our upload page. If you have trouble uploading the photos, you can also email them to us at marketing@inwatec.com.
INWATEC will then donate to Viva Con Agua for every kilometer run.

Terms and Conditions
Participation in the contest hosted by INWATEC GmbH & Co. KG, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or “Organizer,” is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.
Contest Schedule
The competition runs from 12:00 a.m. on June 1, 2026, to 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2026. During this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the competition online.
Participation
To enter the competition, you must complete and submit the entry form provided. The route must be completed within the entry period. Entries received after June 30, 2026, will not be included in the drawing.
Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the contest. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses to increase your chances of winning.
Entry into the competition is free.
Eligibility
Eligible to participate are individuals who reside in Germany, Austria, or the Benelux countries and are at least 14 years of age. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the contest: all persons involved in the design and implementation of the contest, employees of the operator, and their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if there are valid reasons to do so, such as
(a) in the event of tampering related to access to or the conduct of the contest, (b) in the event of violations of these rules, (c) in the event of unfair practices, or (d) in the event of false or misleading statements related to participation in the contest.
Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
The following prize will be awarded:
Garmin vivoactive 6 or Apple Watch SE 3
The winners will be selected on July 7, 2026, through an internal vote to determine the most creative photo. Only those participants who have sent INWATEC a creative photo of themselves wearing their race number between June 1 and June 30, 2026, and who have completed any race distance will be entered into the drawing.
The winners of the drawing will be notified of their prize shortly via a separate email.
The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner or to the legal guardian of a minor winner. The prize cannot be exchanged, picked up in person, or redeemed for cash.
The operator will cover any costs incurred in shipping the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is personally responsible for any taxes on the prize.
If the winner does not respond within three weeks after being notified twice, the prize may be awarded to another participant.
Ending the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without providing a reason. This applies in particular to any circumstances that would disrupt or prevent the competition from proceeding as scheduled.
Privacy Policy
Providing personal information is required to enter the contest. The participant warrants that the personal information provided, in particular their first name, last name, and email address, is truthful and accurate.
The organizer wishes to point out that none of the participant’s personal data will be disclosed to third parties or made available to them for use without the participant’s consent.
An exception is INWATEC GmbH & Co. KG, the company commissioned to administer the contest, which must collect, store, and use the data for the purpose of administering the contest.
If selected as a winner, the winner agrees to the publication of their name in the promotional materials used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and social media platforms.
The participant may withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the organizer’s contact information provided in the legal notice section of the contest app. Once consent is withdrawn, the participant’s collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

Applicable Law
Any questions or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to the operator. Contact information can be found in the Legal Notice section of our website.
The operator’s contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions.
